TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CROSTON AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
