Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS SHALL BE FOR THE TIME BEING CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) TO SUPPORT AND FOSTER THE ADVANCEMENT IN INDIA, ETHIOPIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA OF MEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EDUCATION AND CULTURED KNOWLEDGE AND JOURNALISM.
