Charitable objects
(1) THE PROMOTION OF ART AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL CREATIVITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BOTH IN ENGLAND AND WALES AND ELSEWHERE AND, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ESPECIALLY IN A MANNER WHICH MAKES FOR INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION AND COLLABORATION IN THE ATTAINMENT OF SUCH OBJECTS; (2) TO SUPPORT AND PUBLISH INTER-DISCIPLINARY RESEARCH INTO THE SENSORY, EMOTIONAL AND CREATIVE FACULTIES OF THE BRAIN AND EXPLORE THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STUDY, PRACTICE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE ARTS AND RESEARCH INTO AND CRITICAL EXAMINATION OF THE POWER OF CREATIVE THOUGHT AND ACTION TO HELP DEVISE SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS OF GLOBAL CONCERN; (3) TO PROMOTE THE ARTS, SCIENCES AND EDUCATION GENERALLY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN FURTHERANCE TO HONOUR PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THOSE FIELDS; (4) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MUSEUM AND/OR ART GALLERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO INSTITUTE AND MANAGE EXHIBITIONS AND ESTABLISH , MAINTAIN AND OPERATE LIBRARIES, LEARNING AND INFORMATION CENTRES AND PLACES WHERE SUCH ARTS AND RELATED OR RELEVANT LITERATURE OF EDUCATIONAL ARTISTIC MERIT CAN BE EXHIBITED, STORED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC GENERALLY; (5) TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC ROOM OR ROOMS TO BE USED AS AN ASSEMBLY ROOM FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS, ASSEMBLIES, CONCERTS, BALLS, BAZAARS, ART EXHIBITIONS, PERFORMANCES AND FILM FESTIVALS; (6) TO ESTABLISH OTHER FOUNDATIONS FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOREGOING CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR FOR SIMILAR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD.
