TO OFFER A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS TO CHINESE CHILDREN. CHILDREN BORN IN CHINA WILL BE TAUGHT ENGLISH AND CHINESE CHILDREN BORN IN ENGLAND WILL BE TAUGHT CHINESE. THE CENTRE WILL ALSO TEACH IT SKILLS, USING COMPUTERS AT THE CENTRE.
