TO BEAUTIFY AND ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF SAINT MARY MAGDALENE, SUNDERLAND, AND THE CHURCH HALL, IN THE DIOCESE DURHAM (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT IT AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
