TO PROVIDE FOR THE WELFARE OF LOCAL YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 7 YEARS AND OLDER BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES WHICH ENCOURAGE THEIR MORAL, SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE, COLOUR, CREED OR GENDER.
