RELIEVE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED TO CHILDREN BY THE BREAKDOWN OF FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH BY THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL OF SUCH CHILDREN WHO ARE PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY RESIDENT WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE NEATH AND PORT TALBOT COUNTY COURT, BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SUPPORTED CONTACT CENTRE AND FACILITIES WHERE THEY CAN MEET ONE OR BOTH PARENTS AND/OR OTHER ESTRANGED FAMILY MEMBERS IN A COMFORTABLE SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
