THAT ONE HALF OF THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST SHALL BE APPLIED IN SUCH PROPORTIONS IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE FOR:- CHARITIES THE CHRISTIAN WORKERS RELIEF FUND OF PO BOX 2880, BATH, BA2 6WR (FORMERLY THE HOME WORKERS FUND OF 130 WOOD STREET, LONDON) CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEEDY ELDERLY PEOPLE PRIMARILY THOSE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF EVANGELICAL OR CHRISTIAN BRETHREN CHURCHES.
