Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF DUFFRYN AND THE NEIGHBOURING AREAS (HEREIN AFTER CALLED ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OPINIONS BY BRINGING TOGETHER COMMUNITY GROUPS, LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR LEISURE AND RECREATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY FACILITY AND MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTIVES.
