Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE NORTH LIVERPOOL ACADEMY IN SUPPORT OF THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS ATTENDING SUCH INSTITUTION THROUGH THE WARD AND MAKING OF SUCH PAYMENTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE INCLUDING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORTH LIVERPOOL ACADEMY ITS GROUNDS, BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT AND SUCH OTHER PROJECTS AND SERVICES NOT MET BY STATUTORY FUNDING.
