TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY, ADVANCE EDUCATION AND ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION IN RELATION TO LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER (LGBT) PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN NOTTINGHAM, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE BY STAGING AN ANNUAL LGBT FESTIVAL AND BY OTHER SUCH MEANS CONSISTENT WITH CHARITY LAW AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
