(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE AND TO FURTHER THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST BY ANY AND ALL MEANS POSSIBLE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENTS OF BELIEF SET OUT IN THIS CONSTITUTION. (B) TO ASSIST IN DIVERSE WAYS IN THE RELIEF OF POVERTY , SICKNESS AND DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD, CLOTHES AND SHELTER AND THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS, AND TO CARRY OUT SUCH ACTIVITIES IN ITS OWN NAME.
