Charitable objects
A) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE DRAMATIC AND MUSICAL ARTS AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ARTS BY THE PROMOTION AND PUBLIC P[PERFORMANCE OF PLAYS, DRAMA, COMEDY AND OTHER DRAMATIC AND MUSICAL WORK. B) TO APPLY SUCH PART OF THE INCOME RAISED BY SUCH PUBLIC PERFORMANCE S FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. THE COMPANY SHALL APPLY ITS FUNDS SOLELY FOR ITS DECLARED OBJECTS.IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND TO FULFIL SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND ARE CONNECTED WITH THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE TRUST.
