THE PROVISION OF A COMMON DEPOSIT FUND FOR THE DEPOSIT OF SUMS OF MONEY FROM TIME TO TIME BY OR ON BEHALF OF A DEPOSITING CHARITY: PROVIDED THAT THE DEPOSITING CHARITIES SHALL BE ENTITLED, SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SCHEME, TO THE REPAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT AND TO THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEME PARTICULARS MADE UNDER CLAUSE 36 HEREOF.
