THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BOXING FACILITIES, FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN DUDLEY AND NEIGHBOURING BOROUGHS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THESE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
