Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS")
(3.1) TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE SCIENCE OF MEDICINAL AND COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE ABOVE) TO MAKE AWARDS TO BE CALLED THE CAPPS GREEN ZOMAYA AWARD IN MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY FOR SCIENTISTS OF ALL NATIONALITIES WHO MAY BE WORKING IN THE ACADEMIC OR INDUSTRIAL SECTORS, WHO HAVE MADE NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE FIELDS OF MEDICINAL OR COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY.
