THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: I THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM AND EXHIBITION SPACE AT THE CERTOSA DI CAPRI IN CAPRI, ITALY ("THE CERTOSA DI CAPRI") FOR THE DOCUMENTATION, MAINTENANCE, EXHIBITION, STUDY AND INTERPRETATION OF PAINTINGS, DOCUMENTS AND WORKS OF ART; II THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CONFERENCE FACILITY AT THE CERTOSA DI CAPRI TO BE USED FOR RESEARCH, LECTURES, CONCERTS, FILMS AND EXHIBITIONS III THE RESTORATION OF THE GARDEN AT THE CERTOSA DI CAPRI TO CREATE A HERITAGE GARDEN CONTAINING PLANTS, HERBS AND BUSHES REFLECTIVE OF THE HISTORY OF THE CERTOSA AS A WORKING MEDIEVAL MONASTERY; IV THE PROMOTION OF STUDY INTO THE HISTORY OF THE CERTOSA DI CAPRI AND THE CARTHUSIAN MOVEMENT IN GENERAL; AND V SUCH OTHER EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT THE TRUSTEES SHALL REGARD THE PROJECTS FALLING WITHIN PARAGRAPHS (I) TO (IV) AS BEING THEIR PRIMARY CONCERN.
