Charitable objects
TO ORGANISE, PROVIDE OR ASSIST (TO INCLUDE FACILITIES) IN STRUCTURED CRICKET COACHING, WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AND STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES, OR YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE BROADLAND REGION AND OUTLYING AREAS REGARDLESS OF GENDER OR ETHNIC ORIGIN TO PLAY CRICKET, THEREBY ASSISTING IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH AFOREMENTIONED PERSONS. TO ORGANISE, PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS RESIDENT WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF BROADLAND, WITH THE SOLE AIM OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PERSONS WHO BY VIRTUE OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES.
