Charitable objects
1.2 THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE: 1.2.1 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN BELL RINGING PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING WORKSHOPS AND COURSES ON BELL RINGING AND SUPPORTING THE BARROW-UPON HUMBER RINGING CENTRE AND THE TOWERS IN THE DISTRICT; 1.2.2 TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY HELPING TO TRAIN BELL RINGERS AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF WELL TRAINED RINGERS WHEN APPROPRIATE; 1.2.3 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR BELL RINGING FOR THE PUBLIC WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING PEOPLE'S CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
