TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS, AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, AFRICA AND ASIA, BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO REGISTERED CHARITIES AND OTHER CHARITABLE PROJECTS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT ANY OF THE ABOVE, IN PARTICULAR HIV AND AIDS PROJECTS. TO ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN SUPPORT OF ANY OF THE ABOVE AND BY ANY OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
