TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF NEATH, PORT TALBOT, SWANSEA AND BRIDGEND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
