3.1 TO HOLD ANY SUMS OF MONEY OR OTHER ASSETS WHICH MAY BE CONTRIBUTED TO IT FROM TIME TO TIME AND AT ANY TIME FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSE NAMELY TO APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES OF SOMERSET COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 1094446) ("SCF") IN ORDER TO EXTEND THE WORK OF SCF 3.2 IN THE EVENT THAT SCF SHALL CEASE TO EXIST THE SAME OBJECTS AS THOSE OF SCF IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT CEASED TO EXIST AS IF THE SAME WERE HEREIN SET OUT IN FULL.
