We are a user-led mental health organisation producing a quarterly mental health magazine with news, information and articles about mental health issues and services; it highlights good practice. The magazine is distributed free of charge to mental health service users, carers and professionals. It is received by all mental health service providers in Sheffield. We also maintain a website.

Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE USERS AND THEIR CARERS IN SHEFFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PUBLICATION OF A USER AND CARER-LED MENTAL HEALTH MAGAZINE WITH THE OBJECTS OF (A) ADVANCING EDUCATION AMONG HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE USERS (PARTICULARLY THOSE FROM SOCIALLY EXCLUDED GROUPS) AND THE PUBLIC GENERALLY IN GOOD MENTAL HEALTH CARE PRACTICE AND (B) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE EXPERIENCES AND SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF USERS OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND THEIR CARERS. AND WITH A VIEW TO ENCOURAGING THE ACCESS TO AND INVOLVEMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE USERS AND THEIR CARERS IN THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF IN THOSE SERVICES AND THE INTEGRATION OF SUCH USERS INTO SOCIETY.
