THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE PRINCIPALLY OF ASIAN ORIGIN IN NEED WITH MENTAL ILL HEALTH OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL HELP, SUPPORT SERVICES, ADVOCACY, INTERPRETING, INFORMATION AND TRAINING TO THOSE CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS.
