Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF THEORETICAL NEUROSCIENCE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, IN PARTICULAR: (A) TO PROMOTE ADVANCES IN UNDERSTANDING OF BRAIN FUNCTION BY REPRODUCING ELEMENTS OF BRAIN FUNCTION IN MATHEMATICAL AND COMPUTER MODELS; (B) TO DEVELOP COMPUTER SYSTEMS THAT DISPLAY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CAPABLE OF PRACTICAL APPLICATION; AND (C) TO INFORM RESEARCH INTO NEUROLOGICAL DISABILITIES AND DISORDERS BY: (I) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A RESEARCH INSTITUTE; (II) THE SUPPORT AND/OR CONDUCT OF FUNDAMENTAL AND APPLIED RESEARCH IN THE FIELDS OF THEORETICAL NEUROSCIENCE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE; AND (III) TO EQUIP RESEARCHERS TO WORK IN THE FIELD OF THEORETICAL NEUROSCIENCE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BY UNDERTAKING A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS TRANSFER; (IV) THE DISSEMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF MANKIND; AND (V) ENSURING THE APPLICATION OF THE OUTPUTS OF RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY ACTIVELY SEEKING THEIR USE IN COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES OR THROUGH OTHER CHARITABLE BODIES OR GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS.
