(A) TO PAY APPLY USE OR DISTRIBUTE THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE CARRIED ON AT OR BY THE HOUNSLOW HEATHROW AND DISTRICT AFFILIATED SYNAGOGUE OF STAINES ROAD, HOUNSLOW, MIDDLESEX ("THE SYNAGOGUE") AND; (B) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE SUCH PAYMENTS APPLICATIONS USES OR DISTRIBUTIONS TO BE MADE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE
