Charitable objects
1 THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF 106 HEATHFIELD ROAD, HANDSWORTH, BIRMINGHAM FOR USE AS A CENTRE TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN HE INVENTOR JAMES WATT. 2 TO BUILD A CENTRE FOR EDUCATION OF THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY. 3 TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FROM THE BLACK MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES AND OTHER SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED GROUPS WITH A VIEW TO RAISING THEIR CAPACITY AND CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY BE BETTER ABLE TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS IN SOCIETY. 4 TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
