Charitable objects

FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF UNDERWOOD AND SURROUNDING AREA: (I) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (II) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTIVES. (III) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO ENSURE SUSTAINABILITY AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
