TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST BENEFICIARIES RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO INDIVIDUALS, ORGANISATIONS OR CHARITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE GOODS OR SERVICES WHICH RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. III. TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONGST BENEFICIARIES RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO INDIVIDUALS, ORGANISATIONS OR CHARITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE GOODS OR SERVICES WHICH RELIEVE SICKNESS OR PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE BENEFICIARY.
