THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF DISABLED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT OR ASSISTANCE AND SUCH THINGS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT THE DISABLED YOUNG PERSON WILL NOT SUFFER EDUCATIONAL DISADVANTAGE REASON OF THEIR DISABILITY.
