Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN DUDLEY AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA OF THE WEST MIDLANDS, AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF ENGLAND AS THE CHARITY MAY DETERMINE (I) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY ACROSS ALL DIVERSITY STRANDS, INCLUDING RACE, GENDER, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RELIGION AND DISABILITY; AND (II) TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION BASED ON, OR HAVING REFERENCE TO, ALL OR ANY OF THE FOREGOING; (III) TO PROMOTE SUCH OR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY SHALL THINK FIT.
