Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL LAY OUT MAINTAIN AND USE THE SAID HEREDITAMENTS AND PREMISES AS AND FOR A PRIVATE CEMETERY FOR THE BURIAL OF PERSONS WHO AT THE TIME OF THEIR DEATH PROFESS THE ROMAN CATHOLIC FAITH AND ARE MEMBERS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CONGREGATIONS OF THE CHURCHES OF ALL SAINTS WARDOUR AND THE SACRED HEART TISBURY BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF WILTS AND SUCH OTHER PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT TO ALLOW TO BE BURIED IN THE SAID CEMETERY
