TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITY IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA BY: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDING EDUCATION IN THE CULTURE AND LANGUAGE OF THE COMMUNITY; (B) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC; (C) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH; AND (D) THE PROVISION OF RECREATION FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
