2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS
