TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS AGED 13 YEARS AND UPWARDS IN THE ARTS OF MUSICAL THEATRE, DRAMA, SINGING, AND DANCE AND TO FURTHER PROMOTE THIS EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BY ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN CONCERTS AND PRODUCTIONS AT LOCAL AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL VENUES.
