Charitable objects
I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH CAREER CHANGES AS A RESULT OF CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS ILLNESS, BEREAVEMENT OR REDUNDANCY AND YOUNG PEOPLE MOVING FROM EDUCATION INTO WORK BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES; II) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS A MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING; III) TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DRUG AND OTHER FORMS OF TROUBLE, CATASTROPHE OR ABUSE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH EDUCATION; AND IV) TO SUPPORT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
