THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SMALL BUSINESSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THE AREAS AROUND EACH MOUNTAIN. PROMOTION OF ANY MOVEMENT IN THE AREA TO ALLEVIATE ENDEMIC POVERTY.
