Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AND IN PARTICULAR 4.1.1. WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE BUT NOT LIMITED TO ELDERLY INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE OF AFRICAN CARIBBEAN ORIGIN ("THE BENEFICIARIES") TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THOSE BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 4.1.2 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SANDWELL AND THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM AND THEIR SURROUNDING AREAS. 4.1.3 THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH OF THE BENEFICIARIES.
