TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS: (I) THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, SEMINARS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL AND OTHER FACILITIES; (II) THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS AND BURSARIES TO STUDENTS IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; (III) THE PROVISION OF GRANTS FOR RESEARCH AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.
