TO EDUCATE, TRAIN AND SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE DIRECTORS SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED AND/OR AT RISK OF CRIMINALLY OFFENDING AND/OR HAVING A HISTORY OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND/OR IN NEED, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAIL AND OTHER TRAINING AND/OR REHABILITATION FACILITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
