Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") TO CARRY OUT EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHETHER FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH, THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES OR ANY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.
