This provision is based on providing a safe, secure and positive environment for the young people. The provision is based on the three following principles; TIME FOR YOU;HEALTH FOR YOU;WORK FOR YOU. We aim to work with children engaged in 'Risky Behaviour'

(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND THUS WITH THE AIM OF REDUCING ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND YOUTH DISORDER; AND (B) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED
