TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR SICKLE CELL SUFFERERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; AND E.
