Charitable objects
BE PRIMARILY FOR THE BENEFIT OF MUSLIM PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WHO ARE FOLLOWERS OF THE DOCTRINES AND PRACTICES OF THE MUSLIM FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AHLE-SUNNAT WAL JAMAAT HANFI/DHOBANDI SCHOOL OF THOUGHT AND WHO RESIDE WITHIN THE CHESTERFIELD AND SURROUNDING NORTH DERBYSHIRE AREA: A. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MUSLIM PEOPLE BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. B. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MUSLIM PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND TRANSLATION SERVICES. C. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROTECT HEALTH AND RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS. D. TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY AND RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS HARMONY IN THE COMMUNITY BY ENHANCING THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE MUSLIM FAITH AND CULTURE. E. TO ADVANCE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE WHICH IS CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THOSE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND FROM TIME TO TIME OVERSEAS.
