2 THE DEVELOPMENT MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE VILLAGE HALL IN THE SAID VILLAGE OF MICKLEY, AND
3 THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGERS OF THE SAID VILLAGE OF MICKLEY.
