Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE CITY OF WOLVERHAMPTON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR WOMEN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF AFRICAN CARIBBEAN ORIGIN, FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
