ASSISTING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 25 OR LESS RESIDENT IN, OR EMPLOYED, OR ATTENDING AN EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM (REGARDLESS OF SEX, CLASS, RACE, RELIGION OR POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS), SO AS TO ADVANCE THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL ADULT MATURITY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
