IN GARSTANG AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF LANCASHIRE - TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ALL PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN ALL TYPES OF MARTIAL ARTS AND TO PROVIDE SUCH CLASSES AS ARE EXPEDIENT IN THE INTERESTS OF THE CHARITY FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS HAVING NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE OR SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ALL WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND IMPROVING THEIR HEALTH.
