OBJECTS THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ('THE OBJECTS') ARE: 3.1 THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SHANDY HALL AT COXWOLD NORTH YORKSHIRE WHERE LAURENCE STERNE LIVED AND WORKED FROM 1760 TO 1768, AS A PUBLIC MUSEUM, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, AS A REPOSITORY FOR MANUSCRIPTS AND MEMORABILIA OF LAURENCE STERNE. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF SCHOLARSHIP AND RESEARCH OF THE PUBLICATIONS OF LAURENCE STERNE. 3.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION OF SHANDY HALL.
