TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE. FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDERPRIVILEGED OR HANDICAPPED OR WHO THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AND LOCAL CHILDREN'S GROUPS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF MULTI-SENSORY AND MUSICAL MOVEMENT ITEMS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
